Hello everyone. 
Welcome to our website dedicated to our apartment in Aldea Blanca at Puerto Banus. 
Our ground floor, poolside apartment enjoys a prime location in this prize winning complex.
You may already know our set up but just in case you don’t, here are some of the do’s and don’ts while you are staying in the apartment, together with some useful telephone numbers and contacts. 

The complex

Set in beautiful manicured gardens there are four swimming pools, including a children’s pool. The main swimming pool is on your doorstep.
The pools are fenced off, so that toddlers can't wander in unsupervised, although a life guard is in attendance during the busy periods.
All entrances to the complex are gated and a 24 hour security guard is in attendance.

Bedroom 1

French doors to Terrace, Double bed, 2 Built in wardrobes, Dressing table, 2 Bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2

2 Single beds with 2 Additional Single beds folded away underneath, 2 Built in wardrobes, Dressing table, Bedside table, Travel Cot.

Terrace Poolside

Casual furniture and coffee table. A few short steps away from the main swimming pool.

Terrace Diner

Dining table, 6 seats, Patio umbrella, Sun Loungers and Sun Chairs.

Getting in


You can access the apartment from 14.00 hours on the day you arrive.
Go to the office in Block 13 Upper Level. Here you will meet Sylvia, she looks after the day to day running of our apartment. Any problems you may have with the apartment – See Sylvia.
If we haven’t given you the keys before you leave the UK, you will pick up a set of keys up from Sylvia, during office hours 10.00 - 16.00. Please make sure she gets them back before you leave.
Out of hours, the keys will be with the security guard, he has an office by the main gate on C.Los Tilos

PLEASE DON'T - 


Waste electricity, please turn off the lights when you are out.


Leave the air conditioning on when you go out.



Make a noise late at night, especially when returning from a good evening - we have to live with the neighbours.

Observe the swimming pool rules posted by the main pool for your safety and enjoyment.


Read our books and watch our TV.


Replace any breakages.

By the beach at the far end of Puerto Banus. A great place for cocktails before or after your meal.

There is a large table that rotates slowly and that's before you've had a drink!


EL DORADO

An authentic tapas bar and very reasonably priced.

Turn right out of our side gate and it's about 100 yards down the road. Terrific!

ALOHA GRILL

In the Aloha area. Same directions as the Mercadona, go past the supermarket and turn right at the roundabout. The restaurant is a short way down on the right. Fabulous sunsets.

Asian restaurant in the Aloha area, just follow the road past the Aloha Grill and it is on the right. There is a wonderful waterfall next to the restaurant.

Turn right down the hill at the Centro Plaza roundabout. Breathe is on the right at the next roundabout. They have areas for a drink before and after the meal, so allow the time.

Quite a "trendy" place.

Fancy a day at the beach? Just along the beach from Puerto Banus harbour entrance, lunch here isn't cheap but is good and typically Spanish. Also has sun beds for rent.

A taxi ride to Benahavis. A Spanish village bursting with restaurants, this is our favourite. Try the Pils Pils starter followed by the Shoulder of Lamb. A favourite.

At La Campana on the left going down the hill. You can walk it in 20 minutes, but be ready for an uphill gradient. The good news is it's downhill on the way home!

Again at La Campana, take the first left after Shango’s. Very Spanish and inexpensive. My wife and I saw a guest eating the largest steak we've ever seen. Jealous? you bet.

Good food and sometimes they have a couple dancing the Tango.

PICASSO

On the front at Puerto Banus. A pizza place, you can’t book and you normally have to queue for a short while. Great pizzas, great atmosphere and watch the sites walk by.

Going home

Please vacate the apartment by 11.00 hours on the day you are leaving.

If you collected your keys from Sylvia or the security guard, please make sure they are returned before you leave.
